The Tail is Wagging the Dog

If you were the leader of the Democratic Party facing an incumbant opponent that has a thriving economy, the lowest unemployment numbers in decades, holding thriving rallies across the United States (filling football stadiums with supporters) while your own "best candidate" is a fumbling fool that seems uncapable of stringing together a coherent sentence; doesn't know if he's running for Senate or for the U.S. Presidency and certainly would be destroyed in any debate (even one where he was given an unfair advantage of being given the questions beforehand) how could you turn things around for your party? All while your opponent is investigating crimes committed by members of your party INCLUDING your candidate! How could you harm the opponent's accomplishments regarding the economy and unemployment numbers?

How could you terminate the opponent's highly effective rallies (while giving your candidate a reason not to hold his own failing "rallies" where a few hundred, at most, make the effort to show).

How do you shelter your candidate from being embarrassed in debates, or making an even further fool of himself behind a microphone. How do you shelter your candidate (and others) from the investigations into their criminal enterprise?

How do you extend the trade negotiation deadline with China (who is a supporter of your party and it's politicians).

How to you test the U.S. Constitutional limits of what you can and can't get away with before the people stand up.

How do you provide cover for new election laws that will allow you to "stuff the ballot box" with mail in votes (knowing that might be the only way you can win).

How do you allow for a possible "last minute replacement" of your candidate. It's easy, you call up one of your biggest supporters, someone you've been helping to fund their laboratories where virus "research" is conducted and you have them release a virus; all in all no more deadly than the regular seasonal flu, but you also coordinate with the W.H.O., C.D.C. and of course your media puppets (since you control 90% of the media) and you turn it into a huge fiasco, forcing businesses to close, people to be unemployed, you scare people into their homes, and when that doesn't work you have your State Governors flex their tyrannical nature and use police to enforce an UNCONSTITUTIONAL "stay at home" order. The stock market crashes. Unemployment goes up. Your opponent is shut down while your candidate is protected from making an even bigger fool of himself. Are you awake yet? The Tail is Wagging the dog.
